Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the website and signing up for data capture (referred to as “the Website”) operated by Life and Trust Co LLC, 18 William Partners LLC & Emursive Productions LLC. (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website and providing your information through the sign-up form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the Website or submit your information.

   1. The Website provides a sign-up form for the purpose of collecting and storing user data, which may include personal information such as name, email address, contact details, and any other information voluntarily provided by the user.

7. Governing Law:
   1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York City. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York City.

By purchasing and using this ticket (“Ticket”) to enter and view the performance (“The Show”) at Life And Trust, the Ticket holder (“Holder”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) entered into by Holder and Emursive, LLC (“Emursive”). Holder is solely responsible for reading and understanding the Agreement before using the Ticket.

1. All Sales are Final
   Holder acknowledges that all Ticket sales are final and non-refundable for all events at Life And Trust. This Ticket constitutes a limited, revocable license (the “Revocable License”) granted by Emursive to attend the Show listed on the applicable Ticket. Emursive reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without refund of any portion of the purchase price, to revoke the Revocable License and refuse admission or eject any person who:
   a) violates the terms of the Agreement
   b) appears to be or is intoxicated
   c) behaves improperly or disruptively
   d) uses vulgar, derogatory, or abusive language
   e) engages in activity or causes a disturbance that adversely affects other attendees’ participation or enjoyment of the Show.
2. Recording of the Show is Prohibited
   Holder agrees not to transmit any information about the Show, including photographs, images, videos, audio, live streams, or descriptions, in any media, without the written consent of Emursive Productions. Emursive Productions holds the exclusive copyright to all aspects of the Show and its content.
3. Crowd Release/Notice of Filming and Photography
   By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and the subsequent use of your image, likeness, voice, and name for any purpose in perpetuity without compensation. Emursive Productions retains full rights to these recordings for promotional and broadcast purposes.
4. Assumption of Risk
   By attending the Show, Holder assumes all risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to potential physical injury, psychological distress, or exposure to nudity, violence, bright lights, strobe lights, lasers, and other intense scenarios. Emursive and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during the Show. Holder releases and agrees not to sue Emursive or its affiliates for any claims or damages related to the Show.
5. COVID-19 Acknowledgment
   Holder understands the inherent risks of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place, including the possibility of serious illness or death. Holder accepts these risks by attending the Show.
6. Indemnification
   Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Emursive and its affiliates from any claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from Holder’s attendance, participation, or breach of the Agreement.
7. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York State.
8. Jurisdiction
   Any legal actions arising from this Agreement must be filed in New York State courts, and Holder consents to the jurisdiction of these courts.
9. Severability
   If any part of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
10. Special Notes for Immersive Theatrical Events
    Your visit to the Venue will involve walking through multiple spaces. Guests are advised to wear sensible shoes. A theatrical mask will be provided upon arrival, and guests must wear it during the Show. The Show may include depictions of nudity, violence, and bright lights. Holder should follow their instincts and engage with what compels them.

Disrupting the Show or engaging in any uninvited physical contact with event participants, including performers, may result in prosecution. Coats, bags, and purses must be checked at the entrance for a fee, with exceptions made for necessary accommodations.
